e-Careers and TopCV help learners improve career prospects

e-Careers has formed a new partnership with TopCV to provide its learners with a free, expert CV Review.

With over 600 courses available across a vast range of industry sectors, e-Careers works closely with some 7,000 students per month to aid career development. While some learners undertake online courses to upskill and secure a new job opportunity, others are entry level candidates.

By joining forces with TopCV, e-Careers can now ensure its learners maximise completed training courses, through the new, free CV Lab service – which will showcase each candidates’ qualifications, skills and experience in the best possible light to significantly boost career prospects.

Todd Goldstein of TopCV confirmed: “Perspective employers spend on average just 20 seconds reading an individual CV, which means it’s crucial that it is well-written and presented, whilst showcasing all achievements and attributes.

“To date, TopCV has helped over 300,000 professionals from every industry sector improve their career prospects through a well-written CV. In joining forces with e-Careers, we hope to significantly expand on this number, and is something we are extremely excited about.”

As one of the largest CV writing providers in the industry, TopCV employs over 1,200 writers with experience in 65 different trade specialities, where every candidate receives an immaculate CV.

The service boasts proven results, with over 30% of candidates more likely to secure an interview, with a further 40% more likely to receive a job offer.

Jazz Gandhum, CEO of e-Careers, expresses: “At e-Careers we have worked hard to ensure we are perceived as a leading Education Technology firm, there to support our learners in career development through hundreds of quality, accredited training courses.

"By partnering with TopCV, we can take this support to a new level, ensuring our students really maximise on their achievements, to land the job of their dreams – which is becoming increasingly difficult in today’s competitive marketplace.”

Taken over in 2011 by Jazz Gandhum, e-Careers is one of the leading UK edtech firms, having educated over 450,000 students over the past 6 years alone.
