How to get your card
To receive your TOTUM PRO Card all you need to do is enrol and pay for an eligible course (see the full list, below) and we’ll send you an email confirmation, acknowledging your eligibility for the TOTUM PRO Card. After your 14-day cooling-off period has passed, we’ll send you an email confirming that your TOTUM PRO card access is now live, and you’ll be able to use the TOTUM PRO card widget in your ‘My Account’ section on our website, to order your card.
Is there a cost?
The TOTUM PRO promotion has been extended. You can now buy a two-year membership card and you will receive an extra year for free. This means that you can buy a TOTUM PRO 3-year membership for just £24.99 (which is a saving of £10). This promotion will run until the end of March 2021.
Alternatively, you can purchase membership for one year for just £14.99 (usually £19.99), or for two years which is £24.99 (usually £34.99).
AAT Level 2 will provide you with a basic knowledge of accounting principles and skills. At this level, your knowledge in accounting will start to develop and finance administration is your focus.

Average course completion time – 6-9 months
These qualifications will teach you how to process payments and receipts, prepare invoices, complete bank reconciliations, use accounting software and have the skills required to work effectively in the finance industry.
Exam Prep Sessions - To help students have the best chances of passing their exams, we have developed a series of regular exam preparation sessions. Before the session, students complete a pre-assigned mock paper in advanced, and your tutor will run through the paper and correct answers, informing you of what the AAT expect you to write and why. This helps you think in a way that will enable you to approach each question correctly, increasing the likelihood of you passing.
There are five exams in total - 4 computer-based exams and 1 Synoptic Assessment.
Exams
AAT exams will need to be taken at your local AAT test centre, and the format includes multiple-choice questions.
Exam fees are not included in the course cost and will be approximately £60-85 per exam and will vary by exam centre.
Synoptic Assessments
Synoptic Assessments are designed to test your understanding of a range of subjects across your AAT qualification. You can take this test for most weeks of the year.

Synoptic windows revised
Synoptic window dates have now been confirmed for the remainder of the year and include additional dates to help with planning and potential capacity issues due to social distancing restrictions. Full details can be found here.
Level 2 synoptic assessments
In agreement with Ofqual, the UK qualifications regulator, the AAT has announced the intention to issue calculated results for eligible students studying the Foundation Certificate in Accounting - Level 2 (Level 5 in Scotland) and Foundation Diploma in Accounting and Business (Level 2).
