With our Exam Pass Guarantee, if you do not pass the exam after attending this training course with us, you will be eligible to attend the same training again for free.

All we ask is that you:

•    Attend all class days and complete all assignments
•    Take the exam within 30 days of completing your Virtual Classroom training
•    Request your course re-enrolment within 30 days of the failed exam attempt

Please Note:

Students retaking the course are required to use any materials or books distributed to them in their original course session. Failure to provide these materials will result in the student being charged for replacement materials.

Is the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course suitable for me? 

Our PRINCE2 training in Bolton includes both Foundation and Practitioner level course materials and as such, is suitable for complete project management beginners looking to progress to Practitioner level.

We recommend taking this PRINCE2 qualification if you’re looking to gain first-class project management skills and improve your employment prospects.  

Practitioners currently holding the PRINCE2 6th Edition certificate are not required to take the updated 2017 exams but are recommended to familiarise themselves with the new course material.

Prerequisites

While having a basic understanding of project management would be beneficial, there are no formal prerequisites to enrol onto the Foundation course.

To enrol onto the Practitioner level qualification, you will need to have passed one of the following:

•    PRINCE2 Foundation (5th Edition or 6th Edition)
•    Project Management Professional (PMP)
•    Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
•    IPMA Level A, B, C, or D

This qualification focuses on application. Learn how to take your understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology to the next level how to apply the seven PRINCE2 Principles within a project. Review the seven PRINCE2 processes and themes and learn how to apply and tailor them in context. 

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Exam Details (6^th Edition)

In order to receive your PRINCE2 certification you will need to take two exams, one closed-book exam and one open-book exam.

PRINCE2 Foundation Exam (6^th Edition)

Purpose: To determine whether you’re able to act as an informed member of a project management team, utilising PRINCE2^® methodologies.

Exam Format – Multiple-choice (Classic, Missing word & List style questions).

Duration – 1 hour.

Number of questions – 60.

Pass Mark – 33/60 (55%).

PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam (6^th Edition)

Purpose: To determine whether you’re able to apply the PRINCE2^® methodologies to run and manage non-complex projects.

Exam Format – Scenario (Classic & Matching style questions).

Duration – 2 hours 30 minutes

Number of questions – 68.

Pass Mark – 38/68 (55%).

Open book - The Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 publication, should be used (and you can make notes inside the book), but no other material is allowed.
