The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is earned by completing four modules, passing your examinations, and taking an oral exam at a BCS Examination Location. On successful completion of these stages, you will be awarded the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.

There is also an Oral Examination Preparation Workshop day (1 day) – which can help prepare you for the oral examination to receive the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
Up to 50 minutes oral examination with two examiners that will provide the delegate with a range of questions. Questions will be based on topics defined in the oral examination syllabus and from your chosen specialist modules. The questions will require you to apply your business analysis knowledge and understanding to scenarios described by the oral examiners.
You will need to book your oral examination for the International Diploma in Business Analysis with BCS directly. Fees are paid directly to the BCS and are not covered with this training.
The Business Analysis (BA) oral examinations are the final element of the programme leading to the BCS International Diploma Certification.
