The Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice gives you the knowledge and experience to understand how a Business Analyst can assist with organisational change, through a range of performance management techniques, and strategic analysis tools.

The knowledge gained from this course will provide you with the understanding of the function and responsibilities of a Business Analyst, the process frameworks, and the key competencies required of you.

Throughout this course we review the various tools which you can use in your daily responsibilities, to help understand your organisations business strategy, as well as how to understand and analyse the views of the stakeholders in the business. We also discuss how you can look at potential problems and opportunities in the organisation and identify a series of solutions for the business.

This course makes up part of the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, alongside the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Requirements EngineeringBCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, or BCS Foundation Certificate in Commercial Awareness, and BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes
