What is the Cultural Awareness course?

The outward signs of different cultures that everyone can identify are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to cultural awareness. Culture is a complex concept, and can often lead to distorted views, stereotyping and prejudice – notions that need to be eliminated from any workplace, irrespective of what industry you work in. As an Early Years Practitioner, elimination of these concepts within your childcare setting should be constantly high on your agenda.
