What is the MoV® Foundation Classroom training?

The MoV® Foundation Classroom course will build your knowledge and understanding of the Management of Value methodology which is designed to complement your current management practices. You will be able to contribute effectively to MoV® activities and apply the principles to project and programme management guidance to make a successful practice of value management.

The two day, face-to-face training is led by an industry expert who will guide you through the course, helping you to understand how to maximise value, supplementing the main purposes of other Best Practice solutions including PRINCE2®, MSP® and M_o_R®.

The MoV® Foundation qualification is suited to those who wish to contribute to any project or improvements in the operational environment. If you want to become certified as an MoV® Practitioner, the Foundation course is the best place to start as passing the Foundation exam is a prerequisite for the Practitioner level.
