What is the Management of Portfolios Foundation classroom course?

This three-day Management of Portfolios (MoP®) classroom course covers approaches to the management of change projects from a strategic viewpoint.

Portfolio management is a coordinated collection of processes and decisions that maintain a balance between organisational change and business as usual.

Completing the Foundation exam is also a prerequisite for moving on to Practitioner certification.

Management of Portfolios Foundation course exam

The MoP® Foundation exam is in the following format:

  • Multiple choice
  • 50 questions per paper
  • 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) - 50%
  • 40 minutes’ duration
  • Closed book.
