The IT Support Certification Programme with Job Guarantee is designed to not only provide you with the required knowledge, tools and techniques to apply for and start working in IT Support jobs but also to get you skilled and certified to a high standard, so that you can finish this programme with an offer of employment.

As this course starts at a fundamental level, anyone can take this qualification, no matter what background or level of experience you have. 

Whilst there are no pre-requisites for this programme, we do ask that you have a passion for IT, are a quick learner and can think in a structured manner. If this is you, please get in touch with our trainers, who have over 15 years-experience in the industry, who will assist getting candidates job ready to meet the requirements of our hungry employers.

We have organised our courses to run on weekends, so that you can continue with your other commitments Monday to Friday. This programme typically runs for around 6 months.

Enrolment, Studying and the Job Offer Process

We have made the whole process as simple as possible. First, you’ll go through an onboarding process, where you’ll meet with us for a no obligation face-to-face consultation. This provides us both an opportunity to ask questions we may have and then make decisions accordingly.     

Next you’ll go through an induction process, where we will discuss training schedules and the locations and prepare you to start training.

Upon completion of the training, practical labs, assessments and vendor exams (which will take around 6 months), you’ll undertake the below process to work towards getting a job offer:   

  •    Attend recruitment workshops
  •    Participate in technical mock interviews
  •    Attend our ‘meet employer’ days
  •    Accept invitations to interview
  •    Receive a job offer and start your new career

You will be ready to attend interviews within 6 months and our candidates are typically working within 6 to 9 months. The hands-on practical nature of the course will mean that you will not only have the certifications but also the confidence to succeed as you have already had practical experience in this sector.

The IT industry generally offers higher than average salaries, while also offering a magnitude of career progression opportunities.

Job Guarantee

After you have completed the training side of this programme, you’ll move into the career preparation side, where you will attend our ‘Meet an Employer’ events, which is part of the recruitment process. We have a wide range of contacts at a variety of organisations, looking for potential employees, like you! We will introduce our candidates to these employers, through a variety of methods and we will not stop until you have a job.   

These events provide the perfect opportunity to get your CV in front of the right employers in order to secure a work experience placement or full-time job. If not, the recruitment team will continue to present you to our pool of employers and support you through interviews until you are successful.

In order to be guaranteed a job you must:

  •    Attend classes and recruitment workshops
  •    Pass our internal practical assessments
  •    Sit and pass the accredited certifications
