What is the ITIL® Continual Service Improvement (CSI) training?

The ITIL® CSI training will help you to improve company IT service operations by helping you to understand the importance of a continuous service improvement program and how it is implemented. Continual Service Improvement is one of the ITIL® Lifecycle modules which make up one of two ITIL® Intermediate tracks to work towards ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle.
