ITIL® V3 has received an update due to the everchanging landscape of IT and the digital transformation of information. ITIL®4 helps organisations to connect and align IT services to reflect the fast-paced and complex IT environment we live in. ITIL® 4 provides an end-to-end IT Model, covering full delivery of tech-enabled products and services, guiding how IT interacts and leads with the wider business strategy.
Is ITIL® Practitioner included?
The ITIL® Practitioner content is reflected in ITIL®4, the Guiding Principles will help IT professional to adopt and adapt the ITIL® framework, becoming a key part of the ITIL® 4 Foundation course.
What’s the new name for the ITIL® qualifications?
The ITIL® qualifications now follow the ITIL® Certification Scheme.
What levels will follow on from ITIL® 4 Foundation?
ITIL® 4 is formed by two different designation streams; ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP) and ITIL Strategic Leader (ITIL SL)
