What is the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes

This BCS online training course will help you understand how to apply the knowledge of practical business analysis techniques. This course fulfils the practitioner-based requirement of the International Diploma in Business Analysis, along with the core modules of the Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice and Practitioner Certificate in Requirement Engineering. Then finally either the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or the Foundation Certificate in Commercial Awareness

Learn the context behind process modelling and gain an understanding of how to use this methodology to review and implement changes within your organisation, to aid with process improvement.

  •    Understand how to model business processes at the process level, showing all the elements involved from triggering events to process endpoints
  •    Learn how to document and analyse tasks
  •    Use gap analysis to improve business processes
