What is the Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice

The Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis covers a range of different techniques, approaches, concepts, and tools used within business analysis. This training will ensure you have gained the necessary knowledge and understanding of business analysis, including the key skills and competencies necessary for a Business Analyst. We will also review a range of techniques and tools for strategic analysis.

This course covers the essential aspects of the other specialist modules, covering Business Analysis, Business Change, and IS Consultancy. You will also gain an understanding of the full lifecycle of business analysis, through the business analysis process framework.

For you to obtain the International Diploma in Business Analysis, you will need to first complete this module, and four others: Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice, Practitioner Certificate in Requirement Engineering, and the Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes.
