Natalie Swift

As Head of Faculty and CIPD Trainer, Natalie plays a key part in your learning and development throughout your CIPD training.
Natalie has over 25 years of experience in HR and management training, covering various HR roles in the public and private sectors. She graduated from the University of Cambridge and the University of Plymouth, where she specialised in Professional Management Practice, Leadership and Management. She is also a CIPD member with a Level 7 in Human Resource Management.
