Our CIPD Level 5 in People Management is designed for flexible online HR learning, allowing you to balance your studies with work and personal commitments.
It typically takes 12-15 months to complete, depending on your study style, prior experience, and time commitment. We provide 18 months of course access to ensure you have ample time to complete your training without pressure.
You won't need to sit any exams to complete your CIPD Level 5 in People Management. Instead, you'll complete written assignments (7 assignments in total, one for each module).
To support your success, we provide draft assignment feedback so you can refine your work before final submission. You have up to three attempts per assignment to ensure ample opportunity to pass.
Additionally, we do not charge extra for resubmissions of assignments. This means you can resubmit without worrying about additional costs, giving you peace of mind and the ongoing support you need to succeed.
