What is an ITIL certification?

How do I get certified in ITIL?

We offer two training options for you to earn your ITIL 4 Foundation certificate – Online or via our Virtual Classrooms, where you will be instructed by one of our expert ITIL trainers.

For online training, you would have access to our eLearning training platform, where you will have 24/7 access to your training materials for six months. Our ITIL 4 Foundation Online training course also includes your exam.

For Virtual Classroom training, you will attend an online class for around 8 hours per day, for two days. Here our instructor will prepare you to sit and pass your ITIL 4 Foundation exam. Training includes a proctored exam and official ITIL manual. We also offer our Exam Pass Guarantee, where should you fail your exam, you can attend the same training session again for free.

Once you have completed your training and passed your exam, you will become certified in ITIL.
