AXELOS - Prince2, ITIL Training and Certification

Management of Value (MoV®) Foundation & Practitioner

Course Overview

Management of Value (MoV) training offers guidance on how you can help maximise value and make better use of resources within your organisation.

The delivery of MoV is achieved through seven key processes, supported by a wide range of techniques, established around seven principles. The seven principles represent the essential components required to deliver success.

Our MoV Foundation & Practitioner training course is suitable for individuals who want to gain the knowledge and understanding of the MoV guidance, enabling them to contribute effectively to MoV activities led by others and explain MoV to others.

A successful MoV Practitioner can start applying methods to real situations and have a positive impact on their business.
