To get your CIPD Level 3 qualification, you won’t need to sit for any exams. Instead, you’ll complete four written assignments, one for each unit. For each assignment:

  • You’ll then have up to three attempts to pass each assignment.
  • Your tutor will guide you through revisions to help you meet CIPD standards.
  • Once approved, your final submission is sent for marking.
