What is the ITIL® Service Transition (ST) course?

ITIL® Service Transition is one of five ITIL® Lifecycle modules; it focuses on the process of moving from one service to another. You will learn how to plan and manage the move into initial operation, how to build, test and implement products and services and how service transition can apply to other stages of ITIL® Service Management.
