Complete CeMAP Modules 2 and 3 with live tutor-led training, 0% finance and multiple start dates
You have passed CeMAP Module 1; now it’s time to finish the qualification. Our CeMAP Modules 2 and 3 virtual classroom course gives you structured, live expert-led training to prepare you for the remaining exams and move closer to working as a qualified Mortgage Adviser in the UK. Once you pass your exams, you will be recognised by LIBF and approved to offer regulated mortgage advice in the UK.
Modules 2 and 3 are the final stages of the CeMAP qualification. Building on what you learned in Module 1, Module 2 takes you into the details of mortgage law, products, and regulations. Module 3 then tests how you apply that knowledge through real-life case study scenarios. This CeMAP training course covers everything you need to sit and pass your remaining LIBF exams.
Prefer to study at your own pace? We also offer this CeMAP course online, giving you the flexibility to work through the material in your own time. Both routes prepare you for the same LIBF exams.
Ready to take the next step? Enrol today and complete your CeMAP qualification with confidence.
This course is perfect for:
Learners who have already completed CeMAP Module 1 and are ready to complete the full qualification
Anyone working towards a career as a Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Underwriter, or Mortgage Administrator
Finance professionals who want to formalise their mortgage knowledge with a recognised qualification
People moving into the UK mortgage and financial services sector from another career
This course covers the full Module 2 and Module 3 syllabus for the CeMAP qualification. You will build on the foundations from Module 1 and develop the practical knowledge needed to advise clients on mortgage products, navigate mortgage law and regulations, and apply your understanding to real-life case studies.
Module 2 is the core of the CeMAP qualification. It is split into two units and covers everything you need to know to assess clients, recommend mortgage products, and understand what happens from application through to post-completion.
MRT1: Mortgage Law, Practice and Application
This unit focuses on the legal and regulatory framework that underpins mortgage advice. You will learn how to assess a client's financial and credit status, understand the buying process, and get to grips with the responsibilities that come with the role of a Mortgage Adviser.
MRT2: Mortgage Products and Post Completion
This unit covers the range of mortgage products available in the market, how repayments work, and what happens after a mortgage completes. You will also learn about arrears management and the legal options available to lenders.
Module 3 is the final assessment stage of the CeMAP qualification. Rather than introducing new topics, it tests how well you can apply everything you have learned across Modules 1 and 2 in realistic client scenarios. It consists of six case studies, each containing ten multiple-choice questions, and is designed to reflect the kind of situations you will encounter as a practising Mortgage Adviser.
This course is delivered over 5 days via a live virtual classroom. Each day is led by a trainer who guides you through the syllabus, explains key topics, and runs mock exam sessions to help you prepare.
All sessions take place online, so you can attend from your computer or laptop without needing to travel. The live sessions are interactive and run in real time, similar in format to a live webinar, but with a structured classroom environment and direct tutor input throughout and you'll have printed courseware you can work from.
Here is what is included:
All CeMAP exams are sat online via remote invigilation through LIBF. The CeMAP 2 pass mark for both units is 70%, and the CeMAP 3 exam also requires a minimum score of 70% to pass.

To qualify for the guarantee, you will need to:
Please note that students retaking the course must utilise any materials or books distributed during their initial session. Failure to do so may result in charges for replacement materials.
The Exam Pass Guarantee does not cover exam fees, which must be purchased separately.
Our CeMAP mortgage advisor training prepares you to sit the LIBF exams and, once you pass all three modules, LIBF will award you the CeMAP qualification, and you will be approved to offer regulated mortgage advice in the UK. From there, you can go on to work at a bank, building society, or independent brokerage, or work towards setting up your own practice after achieving Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
CAS is the sign-off you need from an FCA-approved firm to practise as a Mortgage Adviser without supervision. It is granted by a designated Supervisor within the firm — this could be a Principal, Director, Training & Competence Manager, or Compliance Officer appointed to oversee trainees. e-Careers can connect you with a broker to help you work towards CAS. Get in touch with our team to find out more.
If you want to specialise further, e-Careers also offers the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER), the natural next step for qualified Mortgage Advisers who want to advise clients on equity release, particularly in later life lending.
We are one of the UK's leading providers of CeMAP mortgage advisor training, with a 93% average pass rate and a student community of over 630,000 across all our courses. If you are looking for the best CeMAP course with live tutor support, an exam pass guarantee, and flexible payment options, here is what we offer:
