Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Syllabus

This ten-day course includes five days of Yellow and Green Belt training. You can attend just the last five training days if you have completed your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification within three years.

This Lean Sigma Six training course for Black Belts lasts ten days and includes Yellow Belt and Green Belt training. It is delivered through live virtual classes led by industry experts in project and process management.

The Black Belt exam, as defined by ISO 18404:2015, will test and verify your knowledge of Green Belt skills, knowledge, and competencies.

Yellow Belt Exam Details

• Format: Online, proctored, multiple-choice
• Duration: 50 minutes
• Questions: 50
• Pass mark: 32.5/50 (65%)

Green Belt Exam Details

• Exam format - Online proctored, multiple-choice
• Number of questions - 60
• Duration - 50 minutes
• Pass mark - 39/60 (65%)

Black Belt Exam

• Exam format - Online, Proctored multiple-choice, closed-book
• Number of questions - 60
• Duration - 60 minutes
• Pass mark - 39/60 (65%)
• The training package includes 1 Free Examination Resit.
• Exam results are given within five working days.

Exam Requirements:

• Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence)
• Laptop or PC with an internet connection
• Webcam and Microphone
• You must be alone and not have any study materials around you. The examiner will check this before your exam starts
