It often takes up to 3 days for us to receive the latest list of purchased vouchers, so if you have just bought your voucher and are getting an error, it is probable that we have not yet received. Please retry to redeem a day or two later.
Still can't redeem your voucher?
You must redeem your voucher from the site that it was purchased from. if you are seeing the error. "The Voucher you entered is not valid." Please go to our contact us page and select the country and click the flag that is most local to you. this will take you to your local site that may hold your valid redemption details.

In line with Consumer Contract Regulations, the 14 day cooling off period does not apply when you select a service to start now, to redeem your voucher now, we need your consent.
We are only able to provide you with your course within the next 14 days if we receive your consent to waive your cooling off period which is a legal requirement in the UK. If you do not wish to waive the cooling off period we will simply provide access to your course after 14 days to allow you to receive the full cooling off period.
