The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation and Practitioner (Version 2) course is delivered over five days through live Virtual Classroom sessions. You will study from your computer or laptop while taking part in trainer-led teaching, interactive discussion, practical examples, scenario-based learning and guided exam preparation.

The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation (Version 2) part introduces Agile concepts, behaviours, techniques, roles, artefacts and the relationship between Agile and PRINCE2 Project Management governance.

The Practitioner course part focuses on application, tailoring, leadership, transformation, performance and scaling Agile. Together, the two levels provide a complete route from knowledge to application.

The five-day programme prepares you for both assessments, but you must pass each exam to gain the relevant certification.

The course includes a mandatory online pre-course. You will also receive the official digital manual and PRINCE2 Agile process map to support your learning and exam preparation.

Both the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation (Version 2) exam and PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner (Version 2) exam are included. You do not need to budget separately for exam vouchers for these two assessments.

This course includes both official exams. Each assessment has a different format, and you must pass the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation (Version 2) exam before sitting the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner (Version 2) exam.

The Foundation exam confirms that you understand the core concepts, terminology, principles, practices, roles and Agile ways of working used in PRINCE2 Agile.

• Duration: 60 minutes

PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner (Version 2) exam

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam assesses whether you can apply PRINCE2 Agile guidance in practical project scenarios. The Practitioner Version 2 assessment uses scenario-based multiple-choice questions.

• Number of questions: 50
• Pass mark: 30/50, or 60%
• Duration: 150 minutes, or 2 hours 30 minutes
