1. I am unable to create my password

If you are struggling to create your password, try using a  “@” symbol as a special character or use Test@123. You can then change your password within edit account > change password. Our password policy is at least 8 characters with 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 special character and 1 number. 

2. Course set up pending

Course activation generally takes at least 3 working days from the voucher redemption date. Please write to CS@e-careers.com if you have been waiting any longer than the above time-frame.

3. Exam booking process

Please write to CS@e-careers.com once you are ready to take your exams. Our team will then take you through the booking process.

4. How can I get a Supercard?

5. I am unable to redeem my voucher

Copy the voucher code and  paste  it into the redeem voucher field (this can be found by clicking the redemption link shown in your confirmation email). If you are still struggling to redeem your course voucher, please email us at CS@e-careers.com for further assistance.

6. I would like to cancel my course

Sorry you're having second thoughts.  Make sure to check our refund policy to see whether you qualify for cancellation.

7. I am unable to register my account

Just a tip registering with e-Careers works best with Google Chrome. If you're still having no luck, please get in contact at CS@e-careers.com and our team will work on to resolve your issue.

8. I would like to file a complaint

Something not right? Please send an email to CS@e-careers.com  to raise a complaint with e-Careers. All complaints will be responded to within 72 hours.

9. I am looking to extend my course

Extending your course is easy. Simply write to CS@e-careers.com , our course advisors will happily assist you in extending your course.
