Employee's want more training
A recent survey* asked employees about their learning experiences with their employer as well as outside of work:
86% said that training was important for them and most of them would happily study outside work hours.
59% state that training improved their job performance.
51% experienced a boost in self-confidence directly as a result of training.
Alongside all the other benefits of training we often read about such as direct correlation between training and profitability as well as employee retention; there is no surprise why organisations who invest in training often prove to be more successful.
Ultimately, the real question remains, what is the real cost of not investing in high quality training for your employees?
