GDPR Alignment Solutions

Solve your GDPR compliance challenges with help from an experienced team that allows you to mitigate any potential risks of non-compliance.

How do we make you GDPR Aligned?

The GDPR Alignment Programme is a four-step solution to help you and your organisation become aligned to the requirements of the world’s biggest data privacy regulation.

Awareness

We will enrol all your employees onto our online course and mobile application. This stage will underpin the entire organisation’s knowledge, so it’s important to enrol as many people as possible to plug any gaps that may be in your understanding from Director level, right to the customer facing frontline.

The course was written by David Clarke, CTO of The Trust Bridge, a professional data privacy advisory service, with whom e-Careers has partnered to offer our clients expert GDPR and data privacy advice. David is also the founder of the GDPR Technology Forum and internationally recognised as a GDPR and cyber security Advisor. He was recognised as one of the top 10 influencers in a Reuters top 30 list of the most influential leaders and thinkers in risk management, compliance and regtech in the UK.

Audit

Together with our specialist partners, The Trust Bridge, we will conduct a thorough audit and spot any potential risks, and identify gaps. We will advise on steps that need to be taken to mitigate risk, which if followed should help you avoid any penalties and costly fines which will affect your turnover, customer trust, your brand image and reputation.

There will be a full review of your company’s current data and communication policies, these reviews can be carried out either on-site or virtually. This will help you to develop a GDPR gap analysis and risk assessment for your organisation and related third parties.

Alignment

This part of the process is where we put policies and processes in place for you to be GDPR aligned. Our experts will advise any organisational and strategy changes required, train staff and deliver an alignment process and implementation roadmap for your organisation and 3rd parties in the supply chain. This will enable your organisation to be audit ready by the relevant regulatory body.

Support

We offer a number of support services on a one off or monthly basis (minimum period 6 months) to cover the following:

  • Undertaking an Impact Assessment
  • Dedicated Helpline 12 Hours a Day
  • Emergency Breach Response (one per period)
  • Creating a Data Register
